"The worst service ever by Brittany Pittman!!! She doesn’t know car insurance coverage or cars. I left progressive of 10 years & switched to Statefarm, then they cancel my 2016 Kia after I stated & asked Brittany “are you sure y’all cover 2016?” She knows nothing and to make it even worse, her coworker had to call me to explain about an issue, when I text Brittany twice in two weeks. I also was informed from her coworker that the drive & safe feature does indeed increase or decrease my rate based on how I drive, when Brittany said “it doesn’t affect my price”. I didn’t want to do this review initially when all this took place July 5th but since I’m still being lied to and ignored I feel I should warn others to definitely talk with someone else in that office and not Brittany Pittman!!"
